Pre-Thanksgiving Market and Pre-order Site Coming Soon!
We hope this finds you doing well, and still eating Henry’s vegetables from the last market two weeks ago. There is still another week before the Thanksgiving Market, but don’t stoop to buying inferior veggies at the store! Henry will have LOTS of lovely vegetables for you to enjoy through the holidays and into the new year.
Be sure to watch your in-box on Monday for our email giving you the link to Henry’s Bulk Order site. I’ll send it on Monday as soon as Henry has all his vegetables harvested, washed, organize, and inventoried.
You’ll have just a few days to order (exact deadline tbd), then we start packing the orders so they’ll be ready for pick up on Saturday, Nov. 22 at the Thanksiving Market. As always, you’ll see Henry’s stand, and his market truck with your orders at the back of the Immanuel Lutheran Church parking lot at 616 Lake, Evanston. The market is open from 8 to 12.
Henry’s Amazing Popcorn is Back, and will be available on the Bulk Order site, coming Monday!
At the Thanksgiving Market, Henry will have quite a few items that are NOT on the bulk order site, including:
Spinach -- amazingly sweet, sturdy, and flavorful
Lettuce -- incredibly sweet and crunchy
Italian Kale, Green Kale, and Red Kale — Winter Kale is the best kale — frost-sweetened and tender
Mustard Greens - ditto for all the greens!

Red Cabbage
Savoy Cabbage
Plus the last Tomatoes, including Ripe Heirloom and Slicer Tomatoes, and Green Tomatoes,
