When the torrent of tomatoes is so strong that we have more than both our CSA members and Evanston Market customers can handle, we open our bulk-ordering site to the public. Check back in August and September to see if/when tomatoes are available for bulk order.

Fall greens are the best greens because they have been sweetened by cold nights. They also have thicker leaves that will last well in your refrigerator for weeks if not months!
Henry usually has Chinese Cabbage, many varieties of kale and collards, and sometimes even fall lettuces, arugula, and other salad greens.
