NOTE: The potatoes have lost some water during storage. This does not at all affect their flavor or culinary characteristics, but the skin will be a little wrinkled. If they start to sprout in storage, that’s perfectly natural, too. Just break off the sprouts before cooking. Also, the pretty red skin becomes duller with storage, but they still taste great.
