I am bringing the following veggies from Henry's Farm (and maybe more):
Celery Root -- we had the biggest and best ever this year (they loved the cool, wet season)
Parsley Root -- great in soups
Parsnips - spicy and sweet, great instead of carrots in carrot cake recipes
Red Turnips -- lovely roasted with other root vegetables or mashed with potatoes
Daikon Radishes -- wonderfully crunchy in salads, and sweet and mild in soups
Garlic (see my column about garlic in this month's Mindful Metropolis)
